Fifty-seven: June 4, 2014 Vicenza

Hey family - how are you?

Well we didn't write yesterday because my companion and I spent the day in the hospital.  We were playing soccer and she might have fractured her wrist so we waited for 6 hours ....which is lucky, and by the time we were done it was around 8 and we couldn't do internet.

So here we are.

I am so happy that Eva went to prom.  You looked so beautiful and so classy.  I loved it!  I don't know whats up with all of the reunions but I love all of the cool stuff you found.  So great!  You all look so different.  That's weird. I love all of your updates and all of the things you share with me.  Tanney's getting married!!!!!!

I really do love your letters.  I love the pictures even more.  It makes me feel closer to you when I get your emails and I need that right about now, so thank you all for writing me and thinking about me.

We have a lot of Africans here in Italy and one of the things we did was have an investigator take us to here seamstress.  She made us 2 dresses.  They are like almost normal dresses, but the patterns are crazy.  Ill send pictures next week.  I love them.  I think they are beautiful.

Also for Maribel and David, we are so excited for their baptism.  Everything is going well and my Spanish is getting wayyyy better- its weird because we were with them for a long time yesterday and then when it was time to speak in Italian again...I was struggling. ha ha!!!

I really do love being here. I love being a missionary and THAT, I wouldn't trade for anything..I just wish I could do it the right way and not look at everyone else, all of my friends from home, being these amazing missionaries.  I want to be like Ammon. but I kind of feel like...dopey the dwarf. I want to be strong. I just had so many other wishes for my service.  This wasnt how I imagined it.

It'll all be worth it in the end.  It'll be worth every second.  I have to believe that.  I have to hope for that.

I hope that you all have good weeks.  Please keep updating me and keep me involved.
